Will the cup holder armrest fit my 3rd gen Hilux Surf or 4Runner?

Yes. While the Armrests were orignally designed for Land Cruiser models, the Cup Holder Armrest Set has custom brackets designed to fit the 3rd Gen Hilux Surf and 4Runner (KZN185 / VZN185, 1996–2002). It also fits 1st and 2nd Gen Surf and 4Runner models, though 1st Gen vehicles may need minor trimming of the door card.

Does the cup holder armrest require drilling to install?

No drilling, screws, or modifications are needed. The armrest uses a wedge-fit design that slots directly into the window sill, secured by grippy rubber feet and the door card lip. Install takes about 60 seconds per side.

Will the cup holder armrest fit a 4th gen Surf or 4Runner?

No. The 4th Gen Hilux Surf and 4Runner (2003–2009) use a different door card profile and the wedge-fit does not hold reliably on that model.

Do I need to buy two for both doors?

The Cup Holder Armrest Set is sold as a pair, so you receive one for the driver door and one for the passenger door in a single order.
